Christmas Walk in Old Nauvoo

Christmas is a magical season in Historic Nauvoo. The air is a little nippy. The restored pioneer homes and shops are decked out in their holiday finery. Wrapped up in warm blankets, visitors find the horse drawn wagon rides to be a little cozy. And the winter scenery is awe-inspiring.

On Saturday, December 3rd, you can enjoy the annual Christmas Walk:

4:45 p.m. Warsaw High School Brass Band and Choir in the Historic Nauvoo Visitors’ Center
5:00 p.m. Tree Lighting in the Historic Nauvoo Visitors’ Center
5:30 to 7:30 p.m. Horse-drawn Carriage rides continuous service between the Visitors’ Center and the Red Brick Store
5:45 to 7:45 p.m. Live Nativity presentation in the Cultural Hall
5:45 to 7:45 p.m. Christmas Stories and music in the Browning Home, Tin Shop, Print Shop, Pendleton Log School
6:15 to 8:00 p.m. Seasonal Refreshments served in the Family Living Center
5:30 to 8:00 p.m. Shopping is available in the Red Brick Store
